1. Share 1 Insight through a power point (repeated 9 times)
2. Have a story around the insight.
3. Have a silence for 2 minutes (to help us absorb the insight)
4. Do this for 11 insights.

2. Play the 33 minutes (11 insights * 3 minute per insight)
