Whatever I am going to write is sensitive. I want to make as much justice to the topic as I can. Without naming or taking a few words, I want to describe why I feel this is one of the biggest problem of the century and take steps to share the knowledge that I have on this subject.

There is an unwritten rule of the jungle. The most powerful receives away the trophy. Because they work only on the dimension of strength. The most powerful animal is the undisputed king. He receives the best care, the best food and the best of everything. 

And it is not forever, for if he is challenged, he has to fight the might and win, else the challenger becomes the king. For humans, the social rules were written differently. It was not only physical strength but knowledge and intelligence was also given equal importance.

So if you want to win the queen of your heart, you had to prove either in one or all of the above. That's where she would get attracted to you because for her feeling safe was primary whilst secondary was the offsprings would be better equipped for the right DNAs would get passed.

And now the difficult part. With the current world, we are losing the potency. We are loosing out on quality. Our future generations are not as powerful, as knowledgable and as intelligent as the previous. And please don't take me wrong, we ourselves are responsible for this. 

We tend to waste our energy and these are probably the biggest energy wasters of the century.

  1. Circadian Rhythm is in complete mess. Our ideal waking times are now our sleeping times. Our bathing times are our evening snacks time. Our dinners are our heaviest. 
  2. Too much visual information is available with ease. An addiction we can't resist. Giving away our vital chemicals too easily. Reduced time to even last longer where required.
  3. Too impatient, too stressed, too much commute, too many desire and too less of will power. 
  4. Lack of exercise, lack of spirituality, lack of understanding of our duties to the society, lack of communication and I can keep going

And everything has a negative effect on our manliness. Only if I could suggest one thing, it would be this. Whenever you have the urge, just hold. Try to be with people at all times. At times, when you are alone, know that HE is watching you or best get on to doing something like a walk or do something else but come out of the feelings.

Once you do this consistently, when the day arrives, you will perform better than usual. your offsprings would be smarter than you. You would have changed the world for better.
