Exhaustion is NOT your nature

Exhaustion is not allowed. I am dropping the word exhaustion from my dictionary." - Vaibhav Datar

How can we ever feel exhausted. Yes, we could be down in our energy at times and that's quite understandable. That's our body's way of recouping and getting back on again for the upcoming things. But exhausted... no.

Think of this. A stove is burning. A gas tube is supplying energy to the stove. The stove will never be exhausted so long as the supply is provided. It could simmer less or more. There could be times, say in the night, when the gas simmer is put to low but it can never get exhausted.

In nature, we have something called as circadian rhythm. I won't go deeper into the exact cycle and what it denotes etc. You can always search it up. In simple terms, we have day and night and if we follow the rules of day and night, we will never feel exhausted. Because the supply of energy is unlimited.

I have created a small booklet of "Dincharya" or what you need to do throughout the morning and the day as such. In case you want a copy, just DM me. I would be more than happy to share. Unfortunately, I cannot add attachments to the blog here.

If we follow the Dincharya to the T or even 50%, you would see a remarkable increase in your energy levels. I have been practicing the same for quite a while now and it has made a big difference to my life.

No matter what, we need to decide something today. "Exhaustion is not allowed. I am dropping the word exhaustion from my dictionary."
